Conceived in China, the creation of this coedition was prompted by the desire to documents certain themes that have hitherto received little coverage in the European press. This overview of spa designs, health centers, and beauty farms realized in Asia, bears witness to the affirmation of architectural types and models imported from the West to countries that are upgrading at breakneck pace, and offers a panorama of eastern interior designs of considerable interest. This edition reproduces the features of the original, confirming the validity of the publications turned out by Edizioni L’Archivolto over the past twenty years.
