Poster for the exhibition organized to coincide with the Salone del Mobile (Milan Furniture Trade Fair) at the Galleria L’Archivolto from 12 September to 29 October 1983, curated by Gérard-George Lemaire and Christina Hamel. Twelve leading architects ((Sandro Anselmi, Manlio Brusatin, Paolo Farina, Machado & Silvetti, Minardi e Grossi, Fernando Montes, Boris Podrecca, Christian de Portzamparc, Franco Raggi, and Oscar Tusquets) and 13 internationally renwowned artists (including Mattia Bonetti, Elizabeth Garouste, Aldo Mondino, Aldo Spoldi) were invited to contribute on the theme of the Table. Prototypes of the designs were made by the firm Matto Grassi, and put on exhibit alongside visual material; the magazine Domus gave wide coverage to the exhibition.
